Hello,
How do you turn on/off auto daylight saving? I tried to do that in my 2010 ES by going to the nav screen -> Clock -> Day Light Saving -> On/Off. But it seems it doesn't make any difference.

Hi EJC & Bob,
I tried it, it doesn't work for me. Since I live in california, I set the timezone to Pacific and turn Daylight Saving "off", and save. The clock still the same

bdar, when you say clock are you referring to the time of day, or the estimated time of arrival the nav gives you when you have set a Destination? The digital clock on the dash is set separately from the nav.

Based on what you told me, it sounded like we have another clock on the nav itself?

LexBob2, Thanks for your explanation
I am talking about the digital clock on the dash, which you said set separately from the nav. This is quite interesting, because on my RX I can set this clock on the dash from the nav by following similar steps.

The clock in the nav is just an internal setting for the estimated arrival time etc. shown by the nav system and not necessarily a time of day setting.

There is an hour & min reset button right on the digital clock on the dash. As I recall there is no AM or PM setting, you just set it for the time of day and your good to go.

Regardless, I wonder why Lexus doesn't make the DayLight saving on/off available from Nav like in RX. Is that because ES considered to be an entry level luxury?
