MadMax96 is correct. Ultra Luxury, for sure, other than that, ML is very, very rare, with or without NAV. If you find one, it was probably a special order, as Lexus just didn't allocate them to dealers.

It's because the glass roof precludes mounting a shark-fin on the roof which is what they did on the non UL models

For some reason, the only way to get the Mark Levinson system is with the Ultra Luxury package. The Nav system does not mean it has Mark Levinson. I have had several ESs with Nav and none had Mark Levinson because I did not want the Ultra Luxury package.
