Default Headlights on glitch?

Got in the passenger side of the wife's '11 ES to download eDestinations. I had a key in my pocket, so I reached across and pushed the start button. After doing the update, I pushed the start button again and the headlights/heater came on, pushed again to turn everything off.

The headlights stayed on, I exited the car/garage. Went back into the garage about an hour later and the headlights were still on. Got them to turn off by opening/closing the driver's door.

It that normal?

I think that is correct. You have to open the driver's side door for the lights to shut off automatically. About a 10 second delay. Give it a try!
