phone book not storing numbers
I just bought a used 07 lexus es 350 with nav. My phone is connecting fine, but when i ad numbers into the phone book they seem to go in fine, but when i turn off car they erase. N0t sure why. Im wondering if there is a factory reset that needs to be done since i bought it used
