New ES350
Hey guys/gals just stopping by after buying my first Lexus. A 2011 ES350 and so far I love it----2 days in
I have used the Yukon forums and corvette forums for a few years and learned alot and hopefully helped others with problems and answers.
Looking forward to learning all there is to know about the ES350.
Ok,now I have to go outside and dig my new car out of a foot and a half of snow

Hope you enjoy....I've been fortunate and owned recent 5 series and E class automobiles (they were superb) ...but.....the enjoyment from the ES is really good....super value with a lot of features and benefits with very reasonalble maintenance costs. I enjoy the security of knowing my long term cost of ownership is reasonable.....and I purchased a factory Lexus Platinum vehicle service contract from Jerry Johnson (obtained info off this forum).

I, like Yukonjoe, just bought a new '11 ES350. Got it a week ago last Monday.
Black on black. 320 miles so far. I really like it. Very luxurious, quiet, smooth and well constructed. All the amenities are very user friendly, as opposed to some on the '07 BMW 530i I traded in. I think I will be very happy with the car.
Same as ratucker, I have used several forums and they are a great way to learn all the ins and outs of a car. I immediately looked this one up.
I will be reading it daily.

I got the deep sea mica, parchment interior with the NAV ,Heat/cool seats,back-up camera and a few of the options like rear sunshade,AFS,wood steering wheel and shift ****,trunk mat etc..
Put in an automatic start and bought the Autoguard excess wear and tear plan.
I have played with the Bluetooth and was pleasantly surprised to upload contacts and that it pairs 4 phones. Downloaded destinations from the comfort of my home and read the owners manual(yea i'm like that---nuts)
This will mainly be my wifes car and I went with the lease. Something we have not done in 16 years. I normally buy and keep a car 10 yrs or so.
I see many Lexus' in our future. We may just continue getting a new Lexus every 3 years. Looking forward to chatting with my new friends here on the forum

Warm welcome and congratulations. My 2008 ES350 still looks great, smells new and drives excellently. Only engine oil and filter have changed. That's peace of mind...
