Default Key Blank

Where do you insert the key blank if you would like to use it instead of the smart key keyless start on an ES350? Thanks.

To get into a locked car with the key instead of the keyless entry, you pry off (via fingernails) the triangle-shaped rear piece of the door handle trim. The key hole for the key is underneath.

To start the car, you must use the fob. Even if the fob has a dead battery, you hold it right on the start engine button while pushing it and the car will start. There is no key-only start capability.

There is a lot of good information in the owners manual with pics and descriptions of the key fob and how to work everything.
