I just bought my wife a '08 ES350 and she loves it! It drive very smooth and is one of the better looking vehicle in the Lexus lineup in my opinion. Now its my turn!

I am looking at the GS350 or 460. any thoughts?

Congrats. Very happy with my ES350. GS is another beast in it's class, you will get lots of info/opinions in the correct forum.

The es350 is a great car. Since your in NC and don't see much snow, i say spoil yourself and get the gs460. I don't care what other people say, you can't beat the smoothness of a v8

Loving the '08 ES 350 as well. I just don't like the outdated dash and controls, I suppose it comes with the territory when buying used. :-) Will always buy Lexus from now on.
