New to forum, very happy with my purchase a few days ago..this is my first Lexus got a CPO from JM Lexus in Margate Florida....will post pictures later today..I can't believe the compliments I get because of the color everyone loves it.. Already I have added tints all around and ordered Black Lexus floor mats from E-bay (the tan ones that it came with show every spec of dirt)...
Looking forward to exchanging info with everyone here on this forum....

Congrats! I love that color - almost was able to pick one up a year ago before I got the one I ended up with. It was just a little out of my budget.

So yours has the tan interior? The one I looked at had the light gray interior - which is my personal preference.

Yes tan interior, I wish it had the gray but was the only aqua available in a 300 mile radius.....not bad though other than the tan mats that I hate...like I mentioned that is why I purchased a set of black mats so that they won't look so dirty..plus will give it a nice contrast...

Are the mats that you ordered made by Lexus? I have been trying to find charcoal or black mats for mine but no one has them with the Lexus logo. Let me know how you like them once they arrive.

I like the look of black and charcoal mats with gray and tan interiors. IMO the contrast looks good with the other interior colors and the difference in keeping them clean is a no brainer.

The sets are $40 each. My ES has the tan interior, and initially I ordered a set of the "brown" mats from Sewell sight-unseen hoping brown actually meant tan, as a backup for my original ones. I figured at $40 even if they turned out to be brown I could use them and preserve my tan mats cheaply. Well, they are actually more of a charcoal but the color matches the upper dash exactly, and the logo is the correct tan ("brown") color so I couldn't be happier with them. See pics.

Like LexBob2, I have grown to prefer the charcoal instead of the tan ones (which are bagged up in the trunk). The dark color puts a visual "floor" in the cabin and plays up the other charcoal parts. In fact, I just ordered another set of the so-called brown mats while getting the link for this post. $40 for the set of 4, that's $10 per mat. You can't do better than that even with Walmart generic mats stapled to a coat hanger.

PS: Grats on the ES, that blue color is amazing. I looked at one that color but it was too dinged-up (3 years old). The dark color really showed every little nick.

2008ES, what a great find!

I have gray interior in my '07 and put black mats in it after I quickly got tired of trying to keep the gray mats clean. They are still in excellent condition...except for right under the accellerator.

I'm tempted to get another set of the brown. They might even look better!

But then I will have two sets of mats I don't need, but are too nice to toss...
