thanks flipp4, thats gonna be something i'll definitely consider

not much updates here except floors mats are on the way

i called the local toyota dealership and asked if they could turn the seatbelt reminder off and they quoted me at least $50 for any changes, for whatever reason i thought it was free of charge

and also feeling a vibration from the car, i'll take it to the shop and see whats the damage

Vibration could simply be tire rotation, mine starts to have a slight vibration after about 7K miles - after rotation it goes away for a while. I do my own rotation - Dealer wants too much IMO...

Vibration:
I have a lifetime rotation/balance deal thru Discount Tire. Every 6-7,000 miles (3 months) I stop in for a rotation and re-balance. I'm amazed how the weights are moved a 1/2 inch or so with every rebalance....forcing me to clean the adhesive off the chrome wheel barrels. Some will claim tire balance never changes but I'll disagree.

good thing i took it in to get checked out. the rear driver side strut is pretty much shot. both rear tires have flat spots now from being supported by the rear passenger strut. i bought a non-factory warranty and hope it'll fix it. if not i may call about the warranty i've been reading about on CL

i called my closest lexus dealership and asked about the TSB:SU001-06 i found from the list and they said if its not within the factory warranty length then i cant get it fixed. i thought tsbs are good for the life of the car

I'm pretty sure a strut is considered a wear-item therefore I can almost guarantee your extended warranty won't cover it. Even the CPO Lexus warranty doesn't cover that I'm pretty sure.

what options do we have for the front of an es350? i love the rear, from the spoiler to the color of the taillights. it looks perfect in my opinion. from the profile, u can tell it needs a little umph for the wheels but i can deal with that, but the front looks like it desperately needs like a lip or something. what are my options?

Actually, my wife's SC430 struts and shock tower were replaced under the Platinum Extended Warranty. So it is covered.

i wish my girl would let me get a sub for more bass, she says stock is loud enough. i looked at her like she lost her damn mind. i may upgrade all the speakers to get better sound.

are u referring to flipp4's rims or mine? the ones on the white es350 are stockers.

Those rims are 20" tire size 225/35 r20, I sold my wheels and got rid of the lowering springs, buying coilovers and new 20's or maybe 22's
