First of all I owe this website thanks, it has been a valuable tool!
Here is what I am looking to do.
I want to get the MRR HR4s in 19" with a +35 offset.
This is an 8" rim.
I would like to mount it with 245/40/19 tires to keep a ride my wife won't be too upset about.
I also would like to add MR coilovers, but not go too low, just even out the gap. (maybe firm up the rear if I have a trunk full)
Does anyone know if this tire will definitely rub or not?
I really want to pull the trigger but can't seem to get an answer after hours of searching. Oh, and btw TIRERACK says nothing bigger than a 225/xx/19 ?!?
Thanks guys!

I can't really help you with this but have found that TireRack provides pretty good information on tire sizes. I think I recall someone buying tires from Discount and when they rubbed they changed them out for a different size - I wouldn't count on this happening too often though so be careful.

I did the opposite of most and went with a 60 series tire keeping the stock size 17" wheel. The tire is only 5mm larger then the stock 55 series so I thought I'd be safe. However, at full lock, the front rubs the plastic shroud. It hasn't broken anything in over a year but I can hear it rubbing at full lock so I'd say your proposed set up will rub. I hope that's helpful.
