I didn't go for these options but I wonder if the factory park assist sensors are flushed to the bumpers or slightly sticking out.

Also, where is the rear view camera located? Are there holes and brackets that come with cars that have the cameras?

The sensors stick out slightly - there are 4 on the back bumper and one on each corner up front.

As for the camera, it's mounted directly above the license plate between the lights. It's mounted directly center on the ES. Other cars have cameras mounted off to the side.
