Hi All,

I paired my Verizon phone at the dealer when I picked up the car. When I receive an incoming call the Nav display says "Private Call" and does not display the name or number even when it is one of my contacts. The phone will display the caller info but the Nav display does not. Any ideas if this is a setting or something else? I did not see it in the owners manual.

P.S. My phone is not a smart phone, it is an LG Enve 2 - regular phone with texting.

Our Lexus dealer salesman did this with my wife's cell phone upon our pick up of the new car. All info comes up.
I think it took about 5 minutes or so.

Hmmm. wonder if I should delete the phone and try to pair it again?

I would just return to the dealer with the phone and see how smart your salesman was / is.
