In the new issue of Consumer Reports they rank the Best And Worst Values by segment. In the Upscale & Luxury segment the top 5 Best Values in order are:

ES350
Acura TL
Lexus IS250
Infiniti G25
Lexus HS 250h

The Sonata was ranked in the top 5 Family Sedans and Entry Level Family Sedans ratings. In both it was ranked around #3 or so.

You got me curious now. What was the worst value for upscale luxury?

LOL they gave the Jeep Sahara a 17.......Chrysler has had 25 years to get it right yet still can't produce a average vehicle. http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/c...d-worst-ov.htm

Back on topic., The es350 got the same score as an Altima? I rented a 2011 Altima 2.5s and was unimpressed by the loud engine, crappy transmission, and cheap interior. It did get good gas mileage,decent interior space, and had a surprisingly large gas tank.

Thanks for the info LexBob, I think this is at least the second win for the ES in this category., aren't 'we're' glad to be Lexus owners...lol... Can't wait for the 2013 to come out, I hear it's going to be a knockout!!
