One-touch open/close sliding sunshade
I came across one of ES350 feature "Power tilt-and-slide moonroof with one-touch open/close and sliding sunshade" from the website. But looks like my 2010 UL ES350 lost its one-touch close sliding sunshade feature? Meaning, I can open the sunshade using 1 touch, but I have to keep pressing the button to close it. Is it normal in UL model?

Yes, this is normal for the UL glass roof. This topic was brought up some time ago, and I think someone mentioned that the UL rood doesn't have the anti-pinch stop sensors like the traditional moonroofs, so the user must manually hold the button.
The thing that annoys me most is that even when you hold down the close button, the UL roof will stop partly open and you must press and hold a second time in order to fully close it.

bdar, 07lexusguy is correct on the closing of the pano roof. I have a 2011 UL as well and to close it takes some time as opposed to my wifes 2007 standard moon roof. But I'll deal with it, I love the pano roof. Maybe Lexus will improve on this on the next gen.

I agree. It's an annoyance, but not a problem. The panoramic roof is great and the wind noise is much lower than my 2007. I can actually carry on a normal conversation with my wife while driving down the freeway. I like that.
