The mileage is a bit high for an '09 and the asking price is too high.At least compared to my area.Try that number OTD .They can only say no and probably call you later.I'd go lower.
Here's one by me that has a clean Carfax,38K miles,CPO,NAV and asking price is $25995.

lulz....i've been searching for an '08 or '09 myself and have seen several comparable examples in the 23k to 25k range, some with much lower mileage. kbb and nada help but i think you can get a more realistic idea of what the used es350 market is going for by scouring for sale ads such as autotrader, ebay, etc. although prices may be different regionally.

Well 50k miles is about average for 3 yrs, which would be about 45k +/- miles. Finding one with 23k miles will cost you. Nadguides gives a retail price at $28, 375.00, so the asking price is not that bad. $26k OTD, is really a selling price of around 24k. The car looks clean, it's Lexus certified, one owner, plus you're getting 50k more miles or 3 yrs (whichever comes first) of coverage. Certainly I would try to get the lowest price. Go for it, set a limit and say you can't go lower than that, which we be $24K OTD, they 'may' come down some, how much ???, but don't be surprised if they reject it, be prepared to pay more.

And be prepared to stand up and walk out. Many a deal has been brokered while walking to your car and / or receiving a phone call at home from the dealer. And telling the car salesman that you are going to another Lexus dealer that is within an hour drive for a similar car also works in your favor.

Edmunds went with a $740 less value because of a Mileage Adjustment 50.5K mileage on this '09.
Mileage Adjustment - 50,500 miles $-740

No problem, I went with Nadaguides and they were very close to the dealer price.

Being end of the month helps too. Dealers have end of month sales quotas they strive to meet and are willing to go down on a price more than they would at the beggining of the month. Also check how long the car has been sitting at the lot. A car that has been at the dealers lot for a while will be cutting into their profit since it costs them to insure it as well as overhead.
The price does seem a bit steep. I recently bought a '08 w/o nav and 30k miles for $25k. On average, for an es350 w/ nav the price is $1k more.
