Did you try resetting the system? Hold the reset button (above your right knee) until the tire pressure warning light blinks three times (ignition ON mode), wait a few minutes, and then switch to OFF. If you have a full size spare it has to have the tire pressure the same as the other four. This procedure is in your Owner's Manual under "Do it yourself maintenance......Tires.......initializing the tire pressure warning system" .

You're in Wisconsin. You might be experiencing the same weather we have. (We're in the suburbs of Chicago)
It might be the fluctuating weather. My tire pressure light was on this past week due to the extreme temperature changes. We went from 90's to 70's with low 60's at night and early mornings to mid 80's in the afternoon. That caused my car and my mom's RX tire pressure lights to go on. Since it's been consistently warmer the past couple of days, mine finally went off.

Had the same problem....I inflated all 5 tires (the four on the car and the spare) to 35 psi... Started the car and the light went off...I then lowered the pressure to the recommended 30 psi except for the spare...I left it at 35 psi....The warning light did not come back on when i restarted the car......Remember to do this when the tires are cold (first thing in the morning is best) ..Hope this helps...

Just an FYI to all who are not aware . The battery in the TPMS in each wheel is usually good for 5-7 years. So if one or more of the batteries are bad you can't erase the light on the dash until you replace the TPMS. Go to any tire shop and ask them to check the sensors . It should take about 10 minutes to check 4 or 5 tires.

I have a tester and it is non contact and used by placing it next to the tire stem. It reads air pressure and temp and battery status.

Our TPS light has been on since we bought the car a few weeks ago. All the tires are set properly, including the spare, and I have reset the system. Funny thing, my boss told me that he bought an '09 ES350 new and that it was one of the best cars he'd ever owned. He told me the only problem I'd have was the TPS sensors.......
I'm going tomorrow to have the tires rotated and balanced and the sensors tested to see which one's bad. I'll report back.
