Default Eibach Springs

Does any one have the actual Eibach part number for the springs that everyone has been using on the es?

look for the 07+ v6 camry springs...they're a direct swap.

If you arnt already aware --- replacing the oem springs will inevitably cause your shocks to blow. How long they'll last is anyone's guess. Coilovers are your best bet but an expensive route. Even then, they need to be rebuilt every couple of years.

yes and no...if you lower on OE shocks anything up to about 1", you'll probably be ok unless you hit a bunch of big bumps. You don't necessarily HAVE to go the coilover route (it is best...adjustability being the main reason) and if you don't feel like spending that amount of money, you can get springs and aftermarket shocks such as KYBs or Bilsteins. However, by the time you spend ~$300 on springs and another $3-400 on shocks, you can probably head over to the camry forums and find a used set of coilovers (preferably from a west coast/southern car) and grab them for about the same cash.
