First off, let me say that as a 1st time Lexus owner these forums have been a great resource for me as I rebuilt my 2008 ES 350. So thanks to all!
Now the problem...
I have a p0441 error code and the VSC, Trac light (skid light), check engine light and warning light are all on. Also, my tire pressure sensor light is on but I am assuming that is because I do not have any spare tire in the trunk...
Any advice as to where to start to get these things turned off?
I have seen a lot on here about the gas cap. I did take a small amount of oil and rub it into the cap seal to make it more supple but thus far that has not worked.
Any help would be greatly appreciated![Sad](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/sad.gif)

FIrst the tire light, get a spare with a TPMS sensor in there, set them all to the right pressure and follow the procedure to reset the light in the manual. That takes care of that.
VSC, Trac and check engine are a common occurrence. I don't recall what it means but you should be able to search it.
EDIT: p0441 is an evap code. As the evap is part of the emissions system, it should still be under warranty.

Thanks for the reply; but one of the operative words in my original post was "rebuilt" so the vehicle is not under warranty. I have searched the forum extensively regarding the P0441 codes and found a plethora of suggesstions; interstingly none seem to be for an ES350. I have purchased a new gas cap and cleared the code but the light comes back on. I then purchased a new VSV then cleared the code and the light came back on with the same code. I have checked and rechecked the tubing and nothing seems to be out of place or disconnected. What is next??? I have purchased a used ECM out of a 08 ES 350 as mine is cracked but the car, with my "cracked" ECM and everything else runs perfectly, except for this pesky code. I could swap it out but then the FAB would need to be synced with the new ECM...or it wont recognize it and I cant start it to see if the code goes away. SO.... What next in regards to the P0441 code.... AND....how can i get the new ECM and my old FAB synced without costing me several hundred at a dealership ????
