Question 2010 es 350 tire monitor system

Hi I am new to this site. I have a 2010 ES 350 cannot seem to get the TMS light to go off
when it starts the light blinks then become steady. I had the sending units checked and all 5 are working. Air pressure in the tires are at 32psi. Is there a reset button on this car or do I have to go back to the dealer.
Thanks for any help

According to the Owner's Manual the warning light illuminating steady after one minute of flashing is indicating a system fault. But......I would try initializing the system (also in your Owner's Manual) by pressing and holding the Tire Pressure Monitoring System reset button (above your right knee) until the warning light blinks slowly three times. The start/stop switch has to be in the "Ignition On" mode and after the light flashes three times leave the car in the "ignition On" mode for a few minutes and then push the start/stop button to go to OFF. There is also a tire set selector button under the glove box door and it's purpose is also explained in your Owner's Manual.

If you have the full size spare do we assume that you checked the air pressure in it?
