I also decided to shave down my cailpers to eliminate the 4mm spacers in the front. I was getting some wobbles at high speeds because the rim wasn't engaging the center hub.

2007/2008 Stereo to ML
I've been a member for a little while but never posted. I always find great information on this site for my 2007 ES350 and I've been following this thread for a while, in my opinion your mods are the best I've seen on any site and you even had the shape before so I know you love the model as much as I do.
Here's my issue I'm wondering if you could help me with:
I have a 2007 with the ML NAV package but it has 150k+ miles and while it's solid for now I also have a 2008 with <40k miles on it but no ML or NAV. TBH I don't need the NAV but I don't think I can part with my ML as easily. It's time to sell one of them and it really makes more sense to sell the car with the higher mileage but I really love the ML system. While the 'premium' in the 08 can hold its ground against a boom box I've really been spoilt with my ML. (Maybe that's why it has so much more miles)
So I'm wondering if it makes sense to swap the amp and speakers in my 07 with the 08. I'm not very experienced with car electrical work but I do have some mechanical background with Outboard Motors and from what I've seen it should be a simple swap except for the addition of the new speakers.
Would it make more sense to just upgrade the speakers in the 08 or is it worth going through all of the trouble of swapping them out? I figure the loss of trade in value would be around the cost of looking at aftermarket solutions, but from what I hear those aren't straightforward swaps so the ML swap would be more plug and play.
Any thoughts?
I'm also playing with the idea of buying a 2010 with the UL package but it kinda defeats the purpose of what I'm trying to achieve by selling one.

I have a 2007 with Sticky Dash....The car has been in So Florida since 2012ish.....I have both Sticky and a few 2 inch cracks....when Bulletin came out my Dash didn't show the signs and 1 year later, it happened to me. I was moving to Jacksonville and after getting settled, I took the car in and was told "Bummer" its not covered and they wanted $2200 to change....(Sad as my 1998 had no issues with Dash)
