So, I went to Ebay and bought a steering wheel for a 2010 ES 350. Swapped out the radio controls which took about 20 minutes of research and 10 minutes of labor. It looks just great!

Super easy to do, I did it a few years ago. I bought a gray steering wheel from a 2010 on ebay to steal the buttons but ended up swapping the entire steering wheel after I liked the gray steering wheel with the black airbag look. Without the flash it looked allot better than the picture shows.
