voice guidance system
My wife has a 2010 ES-350.,with nav. Yesterday I noticed that the radio does not cut out when she is receiving the voice guidance message. It does cut out when she is on the telephone.Is the system working properly? tx

Unfortunately, yes it is working properly. I guess that is the way it was designed which is strange.
