How do you erase the XM Sat Presets on a 2011 ES350 with Navigation? Just purchased the car & started the Free 90 Day XM Sat Trial. When you hit the Down & Up Station on the steering wheel, you notice that Sat I & Sat II & Sat III already have 6 presets. Have no idea how to erase these
current Sat I & Sat II & Sat III and/or how to enter 6 new presets. Help Help Help.

Tune to the channel you want, then press and hold to change the preset.

Thank you for your message. Our car has navigation & under the audio button: There are no presets listed under Sat I & Sat II & Sat III. When you use the channel changer on the steering wheel: you find there are 6 Presets for Sat I & Sat II & Sat III. So if you attempt to tune to any XM station & attempt to preset that station: The only button you can push on the radio is the SAT button & once you hit the SAT button you immediately go from
one Sat group to the next Sat group. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your help & assistance with my question about the SAT presets on our 2011 ES350 with Navigation. It worked. I was able to add all 18 SAT presets to our XM Radio. You definitely outperformed our dealer. You definitely R O C K. Thanks again.
