I just looked at my ES 350 and it doesn't have the one that's in the video. What it does have is a pipe coming off each valve cover and going down towards the bottom of the engine. Didn't follow them to see where they go.

ES only have the VVTI oil line which comes out behind/under the power steering pump, it doesn't have the second cooler line as that's for vehicles that have the towing package (where the oil needs extra cooling).
