So would you mind telling us what the cost was?

Not a problem, got two estimates both in town where I live and both shops practically next to each other.

First shop came highly recommended, their estimate for this job including one passenger mirror (which is still on back-order,lol) and tax was $4,195.
Second shop is actually run by my next-door neighbor and his main guy...and estimator...is also my neighbor across the street. He looked the car over and I told him exactly what work the first shop said they would do but didn't mention figures.

He finally said he could do the same work for $2,000 including tax and the mirror and would complete it in the same timeframe as promised so that's where we went and he really did a fantastic job, especially the wet-sanding process which makes the car look a mile deep.
In about two months after the paint cures, he's cut & buff it again and then I should be good to go.

He knows how I am with the rest of my cars so no corners were cut here and we're quite pleased with how everything has turned out so far...here's the rest of the stable at home:

The new color on the wheels look great....the shade is a bit different then what my wife and I imagined when we chose the color based on the sample but it's unique and will stand out from the other cars on the road.

I am having the windows done on Tuesday so I'm going to hold off on posting pictures of the car until that is completed so although I'd love to show you guys the new look, please be patient for a few more days and I'll get pics up late Tuesday night.

I think so too...a buddy of mine who runs a used car lot here locally and has dealt with them as well thought so...he says it's the best work they've ever done.

Here's a teaser until I post pics tomorrow with the tint done, I had these grates in my driveway done in the same finish so they look pretty close to what you see here

Done pictures will post tomorrow afternoon...

Thumbs up Outward appearance done...

Sorry for the late response guys...here she is all done with the 35% tint and colored wheels, the last picture pretty much reflects the truest color which really doesn't come through in the camera...trust me when I say they look very striking and unique...which is a big plus in my book:

Truest picture/color-wise:

What do you guys think...?

Nice!

I like the wheel color too. Only suggestion is to try and get the center cap to match.

Wheel color reminds me of the graphite color wheels standard on the Ultra package.
