Default P0138 Code O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 Part Number

I'm trying to find a part number for an O2 sensor, I'm looking for bank 1 Sensor 2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone confirm that 89465 is the proper o2 sensor for bank 1 sensor 2?

Is this the Lexus part number? You should be able to go to any auto parts store and they should have the replacement. usually Bosch . I suspect that this is the sensor with the heater in it. Usually the heater circuit opens causing this failure. Should be an easy replacement.

Yes this is the Lexus part #, I know denso makes a replacement as well, I'm just trying to confirm that this sensor is the proper one for bank 1 sensor 2 not bank 1 sensor 1. Correct this is the sensor with the built in heater. I look forward to getting the proper part and doing the work my self, I enjoy fixing things in my spare time.

Sorry Sick I guess I'm just missing the point and not to concerned about the part number. I've been wrenching cars for over 50 years and in instances where I have a concern on matching parts I usually bring the old part to the various auto parts stores or dealers. OBDII makes it a little easier in the diagnostics but still requires some troubleshooting. So before I would just buy a part like the O2 sensory I would do a circuit test to verify voltages and determine whether there is an open in the circuit or a resistance issue. Usually I have found that the B1S2 and B2S2 have a tendency to burn out around 50K mark. I would use an ohm meter and check this out before I buy another one. Also check for appropriate voltage/resistance at the ECM. If you are ordering the part on line from a Lexus dealer they should have the right part number as sometimes they have replacement ones . If going to a parts store just bring the old one with you to make sure the connector matches. I believe there are only maybe 3 or 4 companies who manufacture O2 sensors.

I did the voltage test and the voltage was higher on bank 1 sensor 2 therefor it was setting off the check engine light, the reason I wanted the part number is because I own 1 car and to remove the sensor and bring it in would not have worked for me unless I felt like walking to the part store 30km away, I've replaced the o2 sensor and reset the check engine light. The car is running fine with no light for a week now. I was going to buy the sensor from Lexus for $230 but ended up getting it at napa for $120.
