Default steering wheel vibration 08 es350- fix maybe

Hello all I'm new to the forum but not new to lexus.I just picked up a super clean 08 es350 with 50k from Sewell in Dallas. Anyway, I noticed a slight vibration in my steering wheel yesterday when I'm at stop light with the car in gear. So I decided to take a look under the hood, I cleaned massive air flow sensor, it was very clean so I don't think that did much. So then I decided to clean the throttle body, that thing was full of carbon, it was very dirty. After the cleaning the vibration is gone and it's super smooth. It cost nothing to clean just some kitchen towels, little bit of wd40 and a few q-tips. I hope this helps someone this much cheaper than a motor mount.

Yeah I saw that post but a motor mounts seems extreme. I had a 1991 grand with a bad motor mount and that shook like a lawn mower. My vibrations in the es350 were slight.
