2012 Nav System in a 2009??? Possible?

Size wise it will fit, but making all the connections I don't know if it's possible. Does anybody know? I have a 2009 ES350 with a Nav system.

From what I read in here if your car didn't have navi and you want factory navi it is very hard to install and costs too much.
