Wondering...Iphone Bluetooth Installation
Never used my phone in the car...wondering if my Iphone bluetooth will just magically pickup the sensor since I never had my phone activated...

You have to pair the phone to the car manually the first time. After that, so long as your Bluetooth is active on your phone it will automatically connect when you start up.
I have a Verizon iPhone that works flawlessly with my '07 ES350.
Details of how to pair the phone can be found in your user guide or by searching CL. If you have NAV then you can fumble around with the setup buttons until you find the spot where you can set up the pairing - I don't remember it off the top of my head. It isn't hard, just name the phone and respond with a code that the car sends to that number.
On a sadder note, my phone/provider does not allow the address book to be synced. I had to enter my contacts manually. Ugh!
