Default I want to install navigation !!!

I have a 2009 ES 350 that does not have navigation. I really want to buy the factory navigation off of Ebay or something and put it in. My question is can I just install it as is and its good to go or is there something else I need to do for the navigation to work ?

It is not a P&P unit unless you have factory Nav. You need to either modify or get a new wiring harness and other accessories to make it work.

You might be better off to visit Crutchfield or the like for an aftermarket all inclusive CD/DVD/BT/Nav system like these: http://www.crutchfield.com/g_182350/....html?tp=20212

Most I've noticed have a screen which comes out when needed while still allowing the unit to be fitted into the car's DIN size opening. Crutchfield has harness to adapt to factory wiring, fill pieces as needed for a clean install, and a whole lo of available help with their products.

There are other sources of course but I've never seen anyone complain about Crutchfield.
