Post DIY Changing 2009 ES 350 Spark Plugs - need help

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the Forum, so I apologize if my first post isn't perfect. I currently own a 2009 ES 350 and am looking for some DIY help for changing out the spark plugs. Does anyone have a DIY video that shows how to change out the plugs? If not a video, can someome walk me through the steps and provide some tips? I'm concerned with the rear plugs as well.

Thanks,
Chris
