Default AC Servo Motor Noise 2009 ES350

I have searched the forum without finding a lot of information for the ac servos for this year or model. I have a slight noise coming from the center dash with the ac on. My question is: Is some noise normal, and do I only try to fix if the servo quits working?

What "kind" of noise are you hearing? I can only hear the servos when they are "operating", but not at other times.

Its like a ticking noise. My problem is I dont know how they are supposed to sound when working properly. The sound is not noticible when traveling and the ac is on.

Come to think of it I hear a very faint "ticking" sometimes when in the "Accessory" and/or "Ign. On" mode, I think. I believe it's done it from new.......never worried about it. I'll tinker a bit next time I'm in the car.

With the ignition on try to adjust the temperature up and down and listen carefully.

Adjusting the temp up and down I can hear the servo opening and closing but nothing that I would call unusual.
