Default Help with the removal of my Passenger seat!!

Hey guys

My 2008 Lexus ES350 has a massive rip in the leather seat (passenger seat). I got a guy who can fix it but he needs the actually seat for a few days. Does anyone have any direction on how to remove it? Perhaps someone has a copy of the service manual? What's really freaking me out is that I don't want to set off the airbag, so I am a little concened about disconnecting the cords. Any help would be great because it's really bad :S

WOW @nevernu!! This is SUCH a help thanks so much! Wow I was going to get a dealership to rip out the seat for $240. This saves me all of that and Ill do it myself. Really appreciate your quick response and providing the info. Hopefully it will go well. Thank again, @nevernu!!
