Just bought a pre-owned 2007 ES350 yesterday. Private party sale, silver base model with black leather. Only 40,000 miles. Extremely clean and practically mint condition. Carfax indicated that it was a corporate vehicle for the first 10k miles, and then sold to the second owner as a certified pre-owned vehicle. The car came with every piece of documentation ever done to the car. It was ALWAYS garaged and it truly shows it. Pretty much immaculate condition. Local car purchased here in the Scottsdale area. I paid $14,000 cash plus $150 at the DMV to register it for the first year. Coming from a 2010 Accord LX WITH 83,000 miles. I also own a 2008 Tundra and a 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ. The ES is really the nicest car I have ever owned....

That's a really low mileage car. Last year I purchased the same model with 54000 pampered miles.
Check the VVT-i hose, the water pump...

Congrats on the new car and welcome to the forums. The ES is a very reliable car and requires very minimal maintenance despite that waterpump thread. Don't be afraid to read up on old posts and actually gain some knowledge about the car. It'll keep you from easily avoidable problems down the road.

Given that it was a corporate car, I highly doubt the necessary TSB's/recalls would not of been done.
