Default Thoughts on my blacked out wheels

I just plastidipped my wheels gloss black on my 07 ES350. Just wanted to see what people thought of it

I think they look awesome. My only thing with plasti dip is it's hard to maintain, but if you can keep them looking like that you are pretty well off in my opinion.

I like it. Looks like you did the lugs too, nice.

Looks nice. But, I understand it only lasts 6 months or so? Avoid car washes with wheel cleaners?

Have you thought about doing the trim on the windows and handles? I am contemplating having all the chrome blacked out.

Looks like you didn't clean the brake dust off of your rims. Kind of ghetto.

When I see them I ask "Where did the wheels go?" They kind of disappear. They look dirty. I am not a fan

I'm not a huge fan of black wheels, but if you must I suggest cleaning the lug nuts and the Lexus emblem in the center. Break up the black a little bit

Maybe it's a "cold weather" versus "warm weather" thing.

Here in Canada, it looks like you still have your winter tires with steelies on the car. It's not a look that I really like. But to each their own.

Needs more contrast, peel the dip off the lugs.

I like it the way it is, or I think if you painted them gloss black that would look good too.
