2008 Lexus ES 350 FOB not working, car won't start and steering wheel is locked

The car is not starting, the Keyless entry FOB is not unlocking/locking the doors and the steering wheel is locked. I'm not sure where to begin. It doesn't make any noise when you press the button and a light says check VSC. Security light is blinking. Not sure if any of that information is related but hope it helps.

How's your fob battery? Try to put the fob on the START STOP button, wait for the green light and then press the button.

The Battery was replaced but the car doesn't respond to it. When I depress the break the engine start lights green but no sound or anything

I had same symptoms (2011 ES) and it was car battery - Replaced battery and everything fine. Of course, that doesn't mean that's the problem in your case ......
