Just returned from a long trip and discovered my NAV system has a serious problem

Took me on a route that was indirect and obviously wrong.

Has anyone experienced any similar problems with the Lexus NAV system and been able to find a way to correct it?

I don't want to go back to the Lexus dealership as I know that will be costly

If you haven't, you might want to check the route settings for fastest, shortest, avoid toll roads etc., etc. That could be routing you differently than you want.
