Lexus air bag recall. How do I get them to agree to a rental car?

Lexus air bag recall. How do I get them to agree to a rental car?
I have a Lexus ES350 2007 that has been recalled. My wife will not sit in the passenger seat. And I'm not going to ask her too! How can I get Lexus to agree to a rental car?

however all you have to do is say you use your passanger front seat you don't feel safe drivng the vehicle and aslong as you have a Zone A Vehicle then not a B or C
but it has to be a Zone A Recall vehicle then they will give you a rental vehicle probabnly from hertz or enterprise
