2008 Lexus 350es. Rocker panel molding popped loose on the passenger side below the front door. Looks like it should pop back in, but I didn't want to push in too hard. Is that what I need to do? Push until is pops in? Looks like the mounting brackets are designed to slide in place, but that doesn't seem possible.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Or, you go the cheap and easy way and cut off the protruding tab from molding and then use some double sided auto-body tape to hold it in place. This is what I did.
