Armrest installation

I changed the cover on the console armrest and need help re-installing. Cannot get upper armrest on to tracks. 2011 ES350

Armrest cover made from leather??

Is it real leather on the armrest? Mine feels like fake leather. The seats only have real leather on the top of the seat cushion and center of the upper cushion. Sides of the seats are no leather.
