Default Oil Change Interval

So our 2012 ES350 doesn't get driven much, maybe 3k miles a year if that, and I was wondering if a once a year oil change is ok? It's just 5w-30 and the car doesn't really make short trips, but rather infrequent long ones, if that matters at all. Any input would be great, thanks. I already flushed the brake fluid, changed the power steering fluid, and changed the filters, so other than oil I think I'm all set.

once a year or 5k miles (whichever comes first).
if you worried about keeping oil for 12 month, you might want to go synthetic, but not really necessary

My wife drives 4-6k miles pe year, so I end up changing oil once a year with synthetic oil Mobil1. DIY.

Thanks for the input, the dealer said that I'm fine as long as it's once a year. I know this car still uses 5w-30 , but I'm not sure as to whether or not it's synthetic. I'd assume not as I only pay $50 at the dealer.

Dealer told me once a year is fine, so I'll go with that

If you end up changing oil once a year, I would pay a little more and go with synthetic.

Quick question, but what the power steering fluid change interval on this car? Preliminary research showed they don't suggest changing it, but after 20k miles, the fluid was dark (I changed it out as I've done I've done before, and changed out with prestone power steering fluid for Asian vehicles"

There is no recommended interval for PS fluid change. However, most would agree that it's not a bad idea to have it changed every 60k miles as it gets pretty dirty.
