Default side view mirror issue

My Drivers side mirror on my 07 ES350 with memory has issues
started about a week ago sometimes it stops working in the up and down positions
it will get stuck in the revers down positions and not just back up
however, i can use the power buttons to adjust it left and right, but it will not work up or down
I don't think it the switch because the passenger side works in all four directions when the driver side only works in left and right not up and down.
thne after messing around with it manually moving the mirror a few times forcing it up and down or after screwing around with it for a little while I can get it to start working power in all four directions.

Do I have a bad mirror motor ?
Or whats going on anyone else have this issue before?
do i have to replace the entire mirror

Just curious. Is there a point where repairing/replacing things on the ES350 become too expensive or not worth it and you'll move on to something else? Would you get another ES350?

just curious whats the point of this question?
I haven't had that many repairs that have been expensive out of pocket on this ES I own.
So considering I have a 2007 es350 with 176k on it original engine and trans no problems
runs like a champ no issues just had to replace the cat that cost like total after parts and labor 750 I think and that was the problem didn't have any other issues iv put 2000 miles on since replaced and no problems that others have had come up when I was tried to be told by someone that it probably wasn't the cat that needed replaced but apparently that was the problem.
iv had the alternator replaced under warranty and iv had the water pump replaced under warranty like three years ago.
and um nooooo
so again whats the point of your question on this just trying to be a smart person ? or what

i paid 17k for the car with 40k on it in Feb 2013
i have 176k on it now i have spend out of pocket maybe 3000 on maintenance and repairs in the past 4 years
not including insurance deductibles from a few accidents and i plan to keep this until it has about 250 to 275k on it.
i do kind of get erritated when i ask for help aorund here and it goes 2-4 days no one replies and i make a comment about anyone have any idea or no one knows jus tto get some attention to the post and then i get people who come in and get smart.
maybe you should not be here if your going to do that.

and no i wont get another ES i will probably get a GS awd OR A GX for my next vehicle in 2 years form now perhaps
