Trying to fuse tap the IG2 fuse to run some leds for daytime running lights, but the fuse is on or HOT when the car if off. Many others have fuse tap the IG2 fuse to run drl lights when ignition is on, but mine turn on even when engine is off.

Any else much appreciated.

Hello sorry but I cannot help you with your problem but maybe you can help me out a bit lol. How did you connect it to the IG2 fuse? i got a add a fuse micro but the headlight cleaner fuse is blocking me from putting it in the slot. Thanks.

there are many different types of piggy back fuse types, pick one that fits

oh i just searched micro on amazon.ca and picked the one with best reviews. is there one you suggest? i didnt know there was ones with longer metal piece to fit into the slot?

gotta be one here I dont know exactly what space you need but there has gotta be a suitable "same size but taller" here.

Thanks for reply. I searched all i could but none offer it with longer legs. I am more confused how other is250s and 350s get it to fit. I need the low profile / mini looking 1 that you showed but longer pins. Guess im screwed. Ugh

worse case get a fuse extension like and put the piggy back into it
