Pulsating noise at 20 mph
i have 2007 ES with 150,000 miles, love the car. But over that time, so much has had to be replaced, i.e., water pump, alternator, CV joints, wheel bearings, BRAKE ROTORS!!! I just had the tires replaced and a front end alignment (after cv joints replaced a couple of months ago) about a month ago I noticed a noise (different from road noise coming into the cabin from the passenger side, this was right before I had the front tires replaced), now there seems to be a pulsating noise coming into the cabin when I reach 20 mph, it doesn't seem to increase as the car accelerates though, if it do, it's unnoticeable, the engine is very smooth, now I do feel some vibration when braking from 60 mph, does anyone know what could be causing that noise?

Try the usual methods to isolate the noise. Is it just loudest at 20 MPH but speed related at other speeds?
Put the car in neutral and coast, still there? Coast down from 30 MPH and shut off the motor, still there?
Press the throttle enough to maintain 20 MPH while applying the brakes lightly (won't work on current models BTW).
Check underneath for shields and baffles popped loose and hanging that would flap in the 20 MPH wind.
These will separate and eliminate the wheel/tires from the axles/transaxle from the motor/accessories from wind noise.
Good luck.

I'll try putting the car in neutral and coast. What I have noticed is the noise gets progressively louder as the speed increases. It's not so much a pulsating noise anymore, I think that was due to the undulations in these newly resurfaced roads here oh Houston. I didn't experience that pulsation on a recent trip to Louisiana. I'm highly suspicious of these new Yokahama tires on the car, I usually put Michelins, but the guy at Discount Tires said Yokahama were just as good and slightly cheaper.
