Trunk won't open

2011 ES350 trunk won't open with the button or key fob.what can I do before I take it to the dealership?

Did you try pushing the trunk button valet mode on the glove box? It should be on the left side when you open it. Sometimes we press it by mistake and that deactivates the trunk to be opened.

Open and look through the pass thru in the back seat with a flashlight and find the emergency trunk release white pull thing. Use a coat hangar or similar to pull it open?
