Girlfriend's car is a 2007 Lexus ES350 with 190,000 miles. The VSC light has been going and off for a couple of months.
A mechanic has diagnosed it as a steering angle sensor. We are going to get a second opinion.
Looking on the Internet, it looks as though this is going to be a $300-400 part. Is there a website that has this part cheaper? Would it be worth it to check salvage yards?
And please don't flame me for the salvage yard question. I think it is a valid consideration.
Thank you
