i use a Lexus RX 300 and i recently noticed that it started jerking and also heavy smoke is coming out of the exhaust. Please help

i would say have it checked by a technician
and also check the RX section of the forum
could be anytikng from bad exsuast system to head gasket issues not to scare you but have a tech look at it best suggestion
