recommendation for tires
Can you suggest a good all season tire for 2007 lexus es350. I'm looking for something not expensive but of a good quality at the same time. Something that doesn't have a lot of noise but durable and have average performance in snow ( I live in Chicago). Thank you.

We have Ohtsu FP7000 all around. The car doesn't see snow; so, can't provide any info on snow performance. Otherwise, it's a quiet all season tire which has done well in the rain. Got them on Amazon for mid $60, and free shipping.

Like any other personal choice product you will get a lot of different answers and each one will claim to be the best. Your definition of what is smooth and quiet and good all season traction will differ from someone else. My suggestion is to do a little research and maybe look at different write ups and tests done on sites like tirerack. The range between cheap and expensive is pretty wide and considering your life is on the line with your selection it is nice to have as much info as possible.

how much are you driving ?
i would say Micheline priemeirs are good for noise and ride comfort its what i have yeah exspensive at around 200 to 225 per tire after mount and balance but worth it.
you could look for 4 really good used ones on ebay or bestusedtires.com i think is one of the websites if used before
nothing wrong with going with a good quality used tire

I put on the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season from Discount Tires last year based on reviews and some info on a thread on this site. The tires are good; except I had a little more sliding, in the snow we had last month in Chicago, than I expected.
I would probably buy again but if I buy a second set of wheels, I would definitely get a set of blizzaks for the stock wheels for winter.
