Default TPMS issue

Replaced TPMS on one tire and now the check VSC is on as well as traction control symbol and the check tire light are all on. The only light on before changing the TPMS was the check tire light symbol (the tire with the exclamation mark). Costco says the spare tire is on a different frequency than the other tires and they can't get rid of the lights. Tires are almost brand new. They say I will have to take it to a Lexus dealer. 2009 ES 350 125,000 miles.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thank you.

the tpms is able to accept 2 differ inputs for summer/winter tires, try the second setting and see what you have

Something smells here. Lexus uses a 315 mhz sensor and if you have a full size spare it has the same sensor. If you replace a sensor you need to change the sensor number in the car's PCM. This is done by going into the OBDII port with the correct TPMS programming tool. Once changed you turn off the tire light with the tool. You can also do a reset with the button under the dash. How did Costco try to change the PCM in the car. If you all of a sudden have multiple lights on then THEY most likely did something trying to shut off the tire warning or they screwed something up at the wheel they changed the tire/sensor on. The most likely reason they said take it to Lexus is because the did something to make this happen and don't know how to fix it. Oh if you have an unused OEM spare then it may or may not have a sensor and if it does it is a 315 mhz just like the other 4 wheels. There are also 2 different sensors depending on the year of your car.
