Lexus ES 350 car alarm goes off while parked in driveway. Key Fob batteries replaced a few months ago

Don't park in the driveway. Sorry but just had to do it.
There could be a stray signal from someone near you or a garage door opener. Also did this just start and what has changed before or since it started. Then does it happen with either of your key fobs or just the one you use . Are the keys on the fob sticking.

I remember on some Toyota’s people were experiencing the alarm going off randomly and this was fixed by replacing the “hood sensor?” Not sure what that means but maybe worth looking into

oh yes I forgot, the last time my alarm system was wonky, an animal had chewed thru part of the harness and every time it rained it was touch and go. not a Lexus though but same idea

When I read this post, Nevernu took the words right out of my mouth. Plus you live in a region that has a warmer climate that could definitely be the case.
